Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment via Postnl or DHL.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total weight. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, so shipping charges will apply to each order. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care will be taken for fragile items.

Our boxes are large enough to ship your items well protected.

What are those rules?

Web shops must clearly inform consumers on their website about the legal rules regarding the cancellation of their purchase. They must do this in an easy to find place, for example under the return link. Including this information under a link such as customer service, FAQs or terms and conditions is not sufficient.

Full refund

The consumer is entitled to a full refund of all costs incurred to have the order delivered. This means that he must also be reimbursed for the delivery costs or other additional costs he has paid if he cancels the order in its entirety. The costs for returning the products are for the customer.

Right to cancellation

The right to cancel the purchase should not be restricted for reasons other than legal ones. The consumer may also return articles on sale and appropriate clothing.

Terms

After the day of receipt of the product, the consumer has a cooling-off period of 14 days. From the moment of cancellation, he must return the purchase within 14 days. The webshop must refund the amount within 14 days after the notification of the cancellation. If the return shipment has not been received within 14 days after the first contact, the product will not be returned.

Payment method

The webshop may only pay back with a voucher if the consumer has agreed to this or has paid with a voucher himself. This also applies to online sales purchases.

If you want to return a product, you pay the costs yourself return costs

 

I have received a product and removed it from the packaging and still want to return it. Is that possible?

Yes, this is allowed, but be careful!!

The product is no longer in new condition and you will therefore not receive a complete refund of your order.

Depending on the condition of the return, the amount that will be refunded is:

NEW In packaging 100%.

 

Self-processed in the packaging without this being too clearly visible 70-100%

 

Packaging, photo, product or cardboard is missing 0-70%

If we see that your return is not valid and does not meet the return conditions / you do not agree with the refund amount set by us, you are still entitled to receive the product at any time.

You will have to pay the shipping costs yourself again
